Pragmatically speaking, a car isn't much of an investment. Unless of course you own a rare vintage car. This past weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona, a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Alloy Gullwing was auctioned off for a record-setting $4.62 million. Only 29 of them were built. Volkswagen Releases Super Bowl Teaser 1.19.2012
Volkswagen scored big with its Super Bowl ad last year. Now the German automaker is apparently shifting gears from the dark side to the bark side. Volkswagen released this teaser video today. Building off its successful Star Wars-themed "The Force" campaign from 2011, the canine chorus barks the Imperial March. Look for Chewbacca, Ewoks and a Wookie... among others.

In an effort to jump start sales, a roomier, wagon version of the Fiat 500 will be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in March. The 5-door model is designed specifically for the U.S. market.
