Ford has released the first images and specs for an all-new Territory midsize SUV to be sold in China beginning in 2019. Aimed at buyers in the fast-growing emerging cities within the interior of the country, the Territory was developed in partnership with Jiangling Motors Corporation (JMC), relying on their experience with Chinese consumer tastes. Territory is equipped with a full complement of infotainment and driver assist technologies, as well as gas, mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrain options, but will be affordable for young families. Ford plans to launch 50 new vehicles in China before 2025.
