Jaguar to Unveil C-X16 Hybrid Concept in Frankfurt
Now here's a hybrid that will get your adrenaline pumping! Jaguar has released details of its C-X16 concept ahead of its world debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The two-seater concept is powered by a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 putting out 376 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque and is supplemented by a Formula 1-inspired hybrid boost system with a steering-wheel mounted button for on-demand acceleration. Jaguar says the C-X16 can hit 60 mph in 4.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 186 mph. The C-X16 will be officially revealed on September 13th.
