Limited Edition Jeep Grand Cherokee Revealed in Houston
1.27.2012
A new, production-intent concept Jeep Grand Cherokee made its debut at the Houston Auto Show. Based on the Laredo X model, this Grand Cherokee has an aggressive, chrome and "blacked-out" look, and sports 20-inch tires, with one-of-a-kind black-gloss aluminum wheels.
“Jeep enthusiasts have always appreciated limited-edition models and the ability to customize their vehicles." said Mike Manley, President and CEO – Jeep Brand, Chrysler Group LLC. "This new Grand Cherokee comes with a unique, ‘factory-customized’ stealth appearance directly from Jeep, and is certain to attract interest from an array of potential customers."
This limited edition Grand Cherokee doesn't have a name yet, that's because Chrysler wants fans to come up with one. The automaker announced the"Name My Ride" contest in which voters will decide on a moniker. The winner drives away with a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Chrysler expects this stealthy-looking Grand Cherokee to be in showrooms by this spring.
