Redesigned Honda CR-V debuts at LA Auto Show

The completely redesigned Honda CR-V made its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The fourth-generation CR-V has a more aggressive, sculpted look, and is powered by a more fuel efficient 2.4-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine with 185 horsepower and 163 lb-ft. of torque. The 2012 CR-V comes with a standard 5-speed automatic transmission and is available in both FWD and AWD. New standard features include 60/40 split rear seats, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, a 5-inch LCD screen, and multi-angle rearview cameras. Other high-tech goodies -- Pandora Internet Radio and SMS text messaging function, which can read received texts from compatible cell phones aloud over the audio system. The CR-V goes on sale at Honda dealerships nationwide on December 15th.
