Toyota has given the GR Supra a new Carbon Fiber Limited Edition trim for the 2022 model year; also adding new options for the 3.0 and 3.0 Premium trims.

The Carbon Fiber Limited Edition will be capped at 600 units, making it the most exclusive Mark V Supra produced thus far. After destination fees, it will retail for $64,305; featuring all the power, tech and safety from the 3.0 Premium trim.

Codenamed the A91-CF Edition, it adds handmade carbon fiber inside and out. A special aero kit, featuring larger front and rear canards, carbon fiber side rockers, and a special duckbill spoiler. Unique 19-inch wheels with a matte-black textured finish are also added; however, consumers will only have the choice of three colors: Nitro Yellow, Absolute Zero White, and a special Phantom matte-gray available only on the 3.0 Premium and Carbon Fiber edition.

The cabin sports a red-and-black theme; red stitching complimenting the Alcantara and leather upholstery. Carbon fiber trim pieces are also spread across the interior. The Carbon Fiber trim can also be equipped with the Driver’s Assist Package, which includes Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Traffic AAlert and Parking Sensors with Emergency Braking.

The Carbon Fiber Limited Edition will utilize the GR Supra’s available turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine, putting down 382 horsepower and 368 lb-ft. of torque. This is the same engine available in the 3.0 and 3.0 Premium trims. The eight-speed automatic still remains the only transmission option.

Heated seats are now standard on all 3.0 Supra trims. The 3.0 Premium adds a red leather-trimmed interior option; models equipped with the Premium Audio package will receive full screen Apple Carplay compatibility.

The GR Supra 2.0, offering a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine, starts at $44,315; the GR Supra 3.0 starts at $52,665.
