Bentley Motors is adding two new members to it's Flying Spur family in the Chinese market; the Flying Spur Mulliner and Flying Spur Hybrid sedans, both of which appeared at the Auto Guangzhou show in China.

The Flying Spur Mulliner will take the top-slot in Bentley’s four-door luxury sedan entry for the Chinese market; the Flying Spur Hybrid, however, is slated to be the most environmentally-friendly Bentley to date.

Appealing to customers with a sharper eye for luxury and detail, the Flying Spur Mulliner sits on exclusive Mulline 22-inch wheels with self-leveling wheel caps that remain upright as the car is in motion. A “Double Diamond” grille and lower grille are both finished in chrome, matched by Mulliner-branded wing vents and satin silver mirror caps. The iconic Bentley Flying B is prominently displayed, electronically deployed and illuminated.

The Mulliner’s cabin is accented by colored piping and unique embroidering on the hand-stitched seats. The cabin can be finished in eight custom-made, three-color combinations.

Consumers will be able to outfit the Mulliner with three different powertrains, including the new hybrid option.

The Flying Spur Hybrid builds upon the success of the third-gen Flying Spur, adding a 2.9-liter V6 engine and electric motor. Combined, they are capable of 536 brake horsepower and 553 lb-ft. of torque. It has the capacity of traveling over 700km (435 miles) when filled. The Flying Spur Hybrid is available to order in most markets.

The new Flying Spur will feature a suite of intelligent technology, such as a My battery Charge, My Car Statistics, and My Cabin Comfort. Together, these provide the driver with more feedback by displaying additional information (like when the vehicle is operating solely on EV power or timers for vehicle charging).

Alongside these two models was the Bentayga S, the latest version of Bentley’s luxury “go-anywhere” SUV. The five car display at Auto Guangzhou reflects Bentley’s model offerings and strong, record sales throughout 2021.
