Detroit's 2020 North American International Auto Show scheduled for June has been canceled. Organizers made the decision over the weekend as the TCF convention center (formerly Cobo Hall) is being turned into a field hospital to help combat the coronavirus. Organizers hope to go ahead with the next Detroit auto show in June of 2021. The NAIAS is one of the most widely attended media and public auto shows in the world. Previously, the New York International Auto Show announced it would reschedule from April to August, while March's Geneva International Motor Show was canceled altogether. It is expected that some of the live new vehicle reveals will go ahead online.
