Dodge is teasing their big summer reveals, centered around the return of Dodge Speed Week on Woodward Avenue, August 12th-20th in Detroit, Michigan.

During the week, main product reveals will take place on August 15th, 16th and 17th. Specifically, the 15th will be reserved for “current muscle announcements;” the 26th goes for “gateway muscle announcement;” finally, the 17th is set aside for “future muscle announcement.”

“There’s no better place to unveil a new performance direction for the Dodge brand than right on Woodward Avenue in metro Detroit, with tens of thousands of our closest fans and friends,” said Tim Kuniskis, Dodge brand Chief Executive Officer. “We introduced our two-year Never Lift road map last year at Roadkill Nights, and this year the event will serve as the prelude to going wide open throttle on Never Lift. All I can say is the future of our brand will be on display during Dodge Speed Week, and we’re throwing open our garage doors so our fans can get a peek for themselves. It’s going to be an electric summer for Dodge.”

We expect there will be some big reveals for Dodge’s performance future, including any electrified models coming to consumers. It’s likely that an electric muscle car concept will debut at Speed Week. We also expect to see the Hornet crossover-- the brand’s first plug-in hybrid.

For the first three days of the event, Dodge will be sponsoring special press previews and fan activities at the M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan. On the 13th, Woodward Avenue will light up with legal street drag racing. The week of events will conclude on the 20th with the Dodge Dream Cruise public display, the first time the automaker has been at the event since 2019.
