General Motors has announced their new used car resale site, CarBravo, which is expected to launch spring 2022.

The site will offer a wide selection of vehicles across all makes and models, not confined to GM vehicles. CarBravo is said to operate via GM’s latest digital retail platform (DRP), providing transparent purchasing info, such as dealer pricing, vehicle reports and full 360-reviews of the vehicle.

All vehicles sold through CarBravo will be inspected and required to meet specific standards set by GM. In tandem, CarBravo-sold vehicles will come standard with a warranty backed by a nationwide network of dealerships available for service and maintenance. Other benefits will include roadside service, courtesy transportation, OnStar and SiriusXM satellite radio trials on eligible models, and more.

“Used vehicles are a significant part of our business,” said Todd Ingersoll, dealer principal of Ingersoll Auto in Danbury, Connecticut. “We are excited to join GM in exceeding our customers’ expectations and continuing to provide a world-class experience.”

Consumers will also be able to sell or trade in their vehicle to CarBravo even if they do not make their next purchase through the site. In partnership with Black Book, CarBravo’s will be able to make guaranteed offers on vehicles. Black Book evaluations combine vehicle history, similar purchases data, and VIN-specific details for more accurate results.

Dealer enrollment for the CarBravo program begins immediately.
