The Swiss government has banned public gatherings of more than 1000 people until March 15, due to concerns surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak.  As a result, the 90th Geneva Motor Show, slated to begin next week, has been cancelled. Numerous new vehicle world debuts were expected to take place during the event's press preview on March 3rd and 4th. It remains to be seen whether those manufacturers will reveal their vehicles as planned but perhaps online only, or push back those debuts to later auto shows like The New York International Auto Show in early April. Some of the vehicles that were expected to make their world debuts at Geneva include the Fisker Ocean all-electric luxury SUV, the 8th-generation Volkswagen Golf, a new Mercedes-Benz E-Class, numerous supercars from the likes of Rimac, Hispano-Suiza, Bugatti and Bentley, as well as concept vehicles from BMW, Polestar, and Hyundai.
