Images of the first-ever all-electric Jeep SUV were released today, boasting a modern design and flashy yellow paint job.

This new electric Jeep SUV does not have an official launch date, but is expected to launch sometime early next year. It will serve as the next step toward Jeep’s vision of Zero Emission Freedom.

Nothing more has been confirmed about Jeep’s new battery electric vehicle (BEV). In the images, we can see inspirations from other Jeep SUVs, like the Cherokee and Renegade. A modernized and filled-in version of the brand’s iconic seven-slot grille is at the forefront; the upper edge of the headlights feature thin running lights. A two-tone lacquer is primarily yellow with a black painted roof, partially hiding what appears to be a possible moonroof feature.

The images were first shared during the Stallantis Dar Forward 2030 strategic plan presentation. Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares used the images to showcase the parent company’s ongoing electrification efforts.
