Subaru has announced official pricing of their 2023 Solterra electric SUV, starting at $46,220.

That price is for the base “Premium” trim, and it does include the $1,225 destination fee; however, all pricing does not take into consideration the potential $7,500 federal tax credit incentives. The Premium is followed by the Limited and Touring models, all of which are expected to reach retailers in limited numbers this summer.

The Limited trim will come in at $49,720 after destination charges. The Touring, which serves as the Solterra’s top-of-the-line level, will have an MSRP of $53,220. Additional charges can be racked up for special paint options; for example, Harbor Mist Gray Pearl, Elemental Red Pearl, and Cosmic WHite Pearl will each add an additional $395 or $890 if opted with the two-tone paint application. Galactic Black and Smoked Carbon do not cost extra, with Two-Tone costing $495 on the latter of the two (and unavailable on the former).
