Last night, Tesla officially delivered their first Model S Plaid. The highly anticipated version of the Model S is expected to have a 390-mile range and can charge 187-miles in just 15 minutes. Performance numbers are impressive with Tesla claiming the Model S Plaid can do a sub-2 second zero to sixty and hit the quarter mile at 9.23 seconds. This is thanks to the addition of a third motor which helps to produce 1,020-horsepower and a top speed of 200 miles-per-hour.

Inside is the promised yoke steering wheel and a 17-inch center display. The new display has processing power similar to most gaming consoles and owners can game while the vehicle is charging. The Model S also offers multi-device Bluetooth, wireless charging for every passenger, and 28 cubic feet of storage.

The Tesla Model S Plaid is available for purchase now with a starting price of $130,000.
