Even before they started pulling the sheets off cars at the New York International Auto Show, the 2020 Nissan 370Z 50th Anniversary Edition captured the spotlight.  Fitting, since the original Datsun 240Z made its U.S. debut half a century ago in the Big Apple.  This special edition is inspired by the #46 Brock Racing Enterprises Datsun 240Z that debuted in 1970 and went on to win many SCCA National Championships.

Powering this race inspired sports car is a 332-horsepower 3.7-liter V-6. Driving enthusiasts will probably choose the 6-speed manual with synchronized Downshift Rev-Matching.  There’s also an available 7-speed automatic with Downshift Rev-Matching.  Underneath is a double-wishbone front suspension and independent multi-link rear.  It all rolls on 19-inch alloy wheels.

MotorWeek is in New York for all the reveals.  So far the show is off a roaring starting.
